Practical Solutions - COVID-19 Protocol

We at Practical Solutions are always looking out for the client’s best interests. We are doing everything in our power to avoid the spread of COVID-19 (Coronovirus).

Our staff will be observing the following guidelines:

  • Only organizers who do not believe they have been exposed are working
  • Observe social distancing rules with clients and other staff members
  • Wearing face coverings, as appropriate
  • Wash hands often
  • Spray work area with disinfectant spray before working in a space
  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces with disinfectant wipes before and after

We also ask that clients do their part in keeping everyone safe by:

  • Letting us know if they have potentially been exposed to the virus
  • Sanitizing all high touch surfaces before and after our staff is on site
  • Observing social distancing while working with staff
  • Wearing face coverings, as appropriate
  • Washing hand often
  • Letting us know as soon as possible if they need to cancel any appointments, knowing our 48-hour cancellation policy is still in effect

This protocol follows the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and will be updated as their guidelines are updated. Many jobs we perform are consider essential (relocating), but others are not (downsizing and organizing). We will be evaluating each situation independently and adding some non-essential jobs as regulations allow.
